The founders behind halo

About the founders

Kelley Arena

Kelley has spent her career at the intersection of operations, finance, and venture — from an NFL franchise to Johnson & Johnson to investment banking at Merrill Lynch. She founded Golden Hour Ventures to invest in early-stage consumer brands, building a portfolio of 26 companies, 22 of them women-founded. Through Halo, she's putting institutional-grade deal flow in the hands of the tastemakers and operators who saw these brands coming first.
About the founders

Annie Evans

Annie co-founded Beautified with seed funding led by NEA, then founded Dream Ventures, where she's backed 25 companies across CPG, health, fintech, and Web3 and helped founders raise $25M in seed capital. She co-led Project Entrepreneur with UBS and has built a network of more than 1,000 founders. Through Halo, she's channeling that access into a platform built for investors who are ready to back what's next.
